  • An advocate of gender justice working on bridging the gaps in legal literacy and accessibility to justice delivery mechanisms through her entrepreneurial ventures. Social interventions combined with policy and legal framework form the foundation of Pallavi’s work. With pioneer work in field of POSH Act, 2013 through her implementation capsule endorsed by CII and PIL initiative to provide recommendations to Central and State Governments on proper implementation of the Act, Pallavi has also developed India’s first and only professional certification on gender and workplace safety and is cultivating and curating the database of POSH experts in Tier II and III cities. She has worked on the capacity building initiatives of key schemes under Nirbhaya Fund impacting the lives of over 1.5 million women of State of Chhattisgarh. Her training activities have expanded beyond the 300+ boardrooms and extended to over 600 police officers, and over a lakh direct beneficiaries of her awareness sessions on workplace gender safety. As a POSH and Gender Inclusivity Advisor for workplaces, Pallavi continues to build interventions that are focused on industry nuances towards building safe and gender-inclusive workplaces.
